We have been working with select clients for more than 10 years, while many others will soon graduate into this elite club soon. Our focus on ‘Because the fit matters’ makes all the difference.
We challenge ourselves to outdo our past, and hence an intense focus on solving niche requirements. We have own proprietary database and work across platforms to source active as well as passive candidates. We work across levels from mid to leadership hiring.
We have a team size of more than 50 glovepreneurs. Our attempt is to empower each and every gloveprenuer in such a way that they operate like ‘owners’ and not like someone who has ‘rented’ the space. We believe this ownership makes a big difference and ensures best in class standards. We pride in our open, and growth led culture, and make a strong attempt to ensure a healthy mix of work life balance. It is a potion difficult to brew but we have gained more and more over the past many years to ensure that what we say is what we deliver.
