We have a team size of more than 50 glovepreneurs. Our attempt is to empower each and every gloveprenuer in such a way that they operate like ‘owners’ and not like someone who has ‘rented’ the space. We believe this ownership makes a big difference and ensures best in class standards. We pride in our open, and growth led culture, and make a strong attempt to ensure a healthy mix of work life balance. It is a potion difficult to brew but we have gained more and more over the past many years to ensure that what we say is what we deliver.
