Short listing the candidates

 

  Telephonic / Face to face interview of each and every candidate is initiated.

  As an integral process, each and every employee of The Glove has to go through training so that he/she is able to evaluate and analyze the discussion with prospective candidates.
  Specially the following pointers are checked in the discussion:

Communication skills
Technical skills
Fitment with the proposed vacancy
Current salary details & expected salary
Joining time in case he/ she is selected

Short listed profiles are shared with the client

  We benchmark ourselves on two fronts - speed as well as quality of response. The first shortlist is sent
         with-in 24 hours of the position being shared by the client.


  We have stiff interview processes in place to ensure that only deserving candidates are shared with the          client.
